RayenSalud was incepted 18 years ago with a singular focus: to mitigate the challenges of the Healthcare Networks in Chile. In the last few months, RayenSalud participated in various international Business Rounds, presenting its services to countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina and the U.S. One of its digital tools that have attracted the most attention, mainly due to the current health context and its important participation in the successful vaccination process in Chile, is the National Immunization Registry (RNI). It presents a single repository of information on vaccination processes, available in all health institutions in the country, public and private. This has been essential in the monitoring and traceability of the immunization process against Covid-19 in Chile. A technological solution that could be replicated in any other country in Latin America, RNI has robust online reporting and statistics, which contributes to better traceability of immunization processes for Covid-19 or any other disease.

Mr. Fernández says that the internationalization that RayenSalud undertakes has the following objective, “Contribute to the digitization process of the health sector in Latin America, with innovative and widely tested digital tools, so that health networks provide a more timely, safe and quality care for people".

Beyond technology, RayenSalud offers almost two decades of experience, a deep commitment to health and an IT implementation methodology that has allowed many health institutions to succeed over the years. “These are our main strengths, which today we seek to replicate successfully in other Latin American countries, through local partners,” informs Mr. Fernández. "We stand out for being great implementers and for having a team of expert consultants, who accompany the Health Institutions throughout the life of the technological project. Therefore, we believe that we can make good alliances with local companies, in different countries.” To this end, RayenSalud will be working towards achieving the implementation and appropriation of new and innovative IT solutions in all areas of health network management, patient care, health data analytics, and communication between the different technological platforms used in health.

Finally, RayenSalud’s internationalization process will go beyond the scope of its ecosystem of technological solutions, which constitutes Electronic Clinical Record systems, Health Business Intelligence tools, Interoperability solutions between systems used in Health Institutions, and National Repositories of Health Information.
